Shara Nelson. Singer and songwriter out of London. She's the voice, and a co-writer, on Massive Attack's first album, Blue Lines, singing 'Safe From Harm' and 'Unfinished Sympathy.' Then she went solo. Her 1993 debut, What Silence Knows, made the Mercury Prize shortlist and gave her UK Top 40 hits with 'One Goodbye in Ten' and 'Uptight.'
